Employee Health Center

The Employee Health Center, managed by CareATC, is available to employees, retirees, and eligible dependents that are enrolled in the City's medical insurance plan. There is no co-pay, and many common medications are dispensed onsite at no cost. Employees should know that using the Employee Health Center is encouraged because it will help drive down the cost of City medical insurance. Per federal law, all information is kept completely confidential.

The Employee Health Center provides a wide range of primary care services including:

  • Cold & flu
  • Sore throat
  • Labs
  • Medications
  • Injections
  • Minor procedures
  • Personal Health Assessment (PHA)

To schedule an appointment:

  • Call CareATC at 800-993-8244 to obtain a username and password for each participating member
  • Go to the CareATC Website and click on Client Login
  • Enter your username and password to access the secure User Menu
  • Schedule an appointment, view your PHA or edit your personal data
You can also access CareATC's mobile website from any smartphone, or download the app from the iPhone or Android. Simply visit your smartphone's App Store and search for CareATC to conveniently access your medical history and schedule appointments.

Appointments are required; however, same-day appointments may be accommodated based on availability and/or severity of the issue.
