Submission Guidelines

1. Complete the Vehicle Questionnaire (click here for the entry form, or e-mail information to jlevasseur@cityofrockledge.org)

  • Year
  • Make
  • Model
  • Series
  • Color

2. Provide a vehicle highlight summary (5-6 sentences), including history, features, options, etc.

3. Provide photos:

  • Front
  • Driver side profile
  • Passenger side profile
  • Rear
  • Engine bay
  • Interior front seat area
  • Interior back seat area
  • Dash/steering area
  • Trunk

Photos and vehicle highlight summaries can be e-mailed to jlevasseur@cityofrockledge.org, or physical copies can be mailed in to:

Physical copies of photos will be scanned in – if you wish to have your photos returned to you, please include a self-addressed envelope with postage affixed so we can mail them back after they’ve been scanned!

4. A $10 entry fee per vehicle will be submitted with the photos/highlight summary.  We accept cash, check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to City of Rockledge.  We also accept credit cards in person or online (there’s a 2.5% or $2.50 vendor fee per transaction).  If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact City Clerk & Public Relations Officer Jennifer LeVasseur at (321) 221-7540 x. 104 or jlevasseur@cityofrockledge.org so an invoice can be generated and sent to you!
