UPDATE CONCERNING SPECIAL PICKUPS:
As we continue cleanup efforts from Hurricane Milton, the ability to request Special Pickups has been temporarily suspended. The online form and voicemail box will be reopened on November 1st for new requests. If you've already requested a special pickup recently, you will be contacted regarding the date that you are scheduled for. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
