In May 2018, the City Manager and staff began formulating the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 proposed budget for presentation to the Council Finance & Budget Committee, and subsequently to the full Council. The Finance & Budget Committee convened throughout June, and the full Council held a Budget Workshop on August 1, 2018, for the purpose of reviewing the proposed budget. If approved by City Council after two public hearings in September, the spending plan will go into effect on October 1. To view the proposed budget, click here.
