The City of Rockledge is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Firefighter EMT. With a competitive salary and benefits’ package, state-of-the-art equipment and training, as well as a proud tradition of excellence and professionalism, the Rockledge Fire Division provides an exceptional working environment. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Florida State Firefighter Minimum Standards/Firefighter II Certification
  • Florida (National Registry) EMT Certification (Paramedic Certification preferred)
  • Valid BCLS Certification
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree applicable to job requirements
  • EVOC
