Hurricane Dorian has our entire state in its cross hairs, and the latest information now has Dorian impacting our area on Tuesday or Wednesday. Shelters have been opened at various locations throughout the County. If you require transportation to reach a shelter, please call 211 or (321) 632-6688. Also, a mandatory evacuation has been issued for the barrier islands and low-lying areas in Brevard County. Governor DeSantis has suspended tolls on these roadways. But please, don't wait for an order to evacuate if you don't feel safe - just go.
