[ARCHIVED] TRAFFIC ADVISORY FOR MARCH FOR JUSTICE, SATURDAY, JUNE 6

Both directions of Fiske Blvd. (SR 519) will be closed to motorists between Rosa L. Jones Drive and Barton Boulevard by 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 6th until the march is over in order to secure a planned "March for Justice," which begins at the intersection of Barton Boulevard and Fiske Boulevard in the City of Rockledge and continues into Cocoa, ending at SR 520. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and use alternate routes, including U.S. 1 and/or I-95. Additional road closures will be in place in the City of Cocoa.  Streets located on the east side of Fiske Boulevard in the path of the march route should be prepared to exit their neighborhood via Barton Boulevard or Rosa L. Jones Drive.  Officers will be on standby to assist motorists in neighborhoods/streets with only one entrance/exit point. 

**Parking for the event will be on the north end of the march route.  Buses will be provided to transport participants from the parking area to the event start location at Barton Boulevard and Fiske Boulevard.
