Orlando Health has notified the City of Rockledge that the first phase of demolition of the Orlando Health Rockledge Hospital property is scheduled to begin on October 30, 2025 and is expected to last around 8 weeks.
Orlando Health has notified surrounding properties of the first demolition phase. An additional notification will be sent out to surrounding properties prior to the second demolition phase.
Orlando Health has confirmed that construction will comply with the City’s regulating Ordinances concerning hours and days of the week. There are no planned road closures at this time.
