Rockledge Health and Rehabilitation Center

Rockledge Health and Rehabilitation Center was a multi-phased project, which was ongoing from 2006 through 2013. In its first phase, extensive landscaping was incorporated on the grounds. The second phase, which occurred in 2011, involved the installation of decorative fencing, stylish lighting, new and updated signage and additional landscaping. The third and final phase provided for a new canopy, which completely changed the look of the facility, and also fulfilled a safety issue, allowing easier access for emergency vehicles. In 2013, Rockledge Health and Rehabilitation Center was selected by the Agency Board of Commissioners as the Facade Improvement Project of the Year.
