The City of Rockledge strives to offer a competitive wage package for all of its employees. Fire Department employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. 

The wage range for bargaining unit members shall be as follows:


Any member promoted to a higher rank whose salary equals or exceeds that of the minimum salary for the higher position shall receive a minimum increase of five percent of base salary.

Pursuant to the City's Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual of the City of Rockledge, longevity pay shall be given to bargaining unit employees.
